When on track too close to door, rubs. Also, following instructions, we attempted to remove upper rollers for trackless header installation. Not possible. I worked in construction and home improvement for 35 years and I currently work for Home Depot. Believe me when I say: it was not possible to remove the rollers, even after taking the door expander off the door. I advised my daughter to take it back and get the money. I would advise HD to find a new vendor. I worked in the Millwork Department for more than a year and I am ashamed that I sold this product. I didn't know it was so lame.

My son installed this door for me today. He used the directions for option B (no center track on the top). He watched the installation video before installation. It's working just fine. My son is not a pro contractor or anything, and he had no trouble installing it.

Absolute garbage. Thinking we got a lemon, I tried a second one. The second one is garbage, too. The instructions tell you to remove the top rollers if there is no guide rail in the existing top track, but the instruction don't tell you how to do that, nor does the installation video. When you loosen the screws to adjust the height, it leaves behind scratches. The door doesn't stay squared after opening it and closing it a few times. I don't know why Home Depot is even selling junk like this.

Was really excited to have a new screen door that worked...instead we got a door just as bad as our old one. The plastic wheels did not work properly and after some time making adjustments, it was workable, but not functioning like it should. They do not roll smoothly. When we went to lock the door, the lock broke on the first attempt. The arm on the lock pulled away from the handle outside the range of the frame and flips up and down freely making it impossible to function correctly. Taking this screen door back immediately!

Don't waste your money on this piece of junk. Instructions are worthless; the top plastic inserts fall out and the bottom rollers don't roll. I actually destroyed the thing ripping it out to reinstall the original one the cat clawed through.
