There are two types of tracks, the "A" type has a rail for wheels on top, the "B" type only has a slot. There are two plastic slides that are supposed to be inserted into the top of the screen to slide against the slot. Unlike the other reviewers, mine had the plastic guides. The other reviewers didn't miss much, however. They just fall out. There's no way to attach them.
The flimsy metal used for the expansions is bent outward, preventing the screen from closing all the way. I'm going to have to drill some holes and put in screws to keep it from binding.

I am having the same frustrating problem, and both pairs of needle-nosed plyers I used have noses more than 2.5" long. Finally with a different tool I was able to hold the nut and get the bolt most of the way out, but have as of yet been unable to get the screw and the bolt separated. So after wasting several hours of a day off, I have given up for the day. A screen door for a slider should not be this much hassle, and I fix and install many things around our house. Also, the printed instructions and the company's instructional video do not match up on all points.

Guess I should have read the reviews. Mine was also missing the sliders needed for the B type installation. The top expander was also not deep enough to properly seat in the top channel. The door warps fore and aft and you have to hold it just right to make it slide, otherwise it sticks. Piece of trash

First of all, it does look nice. Too bad it will not look nice on my patio. 2 of the expanding bolts, the brass colored ones that adjust the height, did not work because the little nut that is inside wouldn't budge. Then I think mine was missing parts. I did not have the black sliders for the top nor did I have the latch for the lock. After more than hour on something that should be so easy, I am bringing it back and going to another brand. Buyer Beware!

We had a very similar experience to many other reviewers. Because of our door size we needed to adjust this to the lowest setting, and while it may function well when the extenders are still in place, its completely useless without them. It really does not fit at the lowest setting. Plus it was a big hassle taking the extenders off

This is poor design meets poor design. The quality of the material (not just the mesh screen) but the metal frame and moving parts is absolutely worthless. I've worked on numerous projects and this is the hot dog meat of material. Do not be enticed by the price, just spend the extra money and purchase the quality - your stress depends on it!!!

I like the screen door. Easy installation. Now i am trying to figure out how to put the locking mechanism on the door frame, not to hard. It opens and closes with ease, fit well with some adjustments

I read all of the negative reviews of this door and was quite dubious about purchasing it. Rightfully so, there are some strong warnings in those reviews. I picked up two doors after confirming with the store that I could return them if the reviews were correct. Well, after reading the directions they went in very easily. No problems at all. One reviewer's comments included some detail about the cheap plastic wheels. I have to agree. These are pretty flimsy wheels. This is why I rated this door as four stars.
It is my belief that if you read the directions, have a properly installed track, and choose the correct door height for your project that this door will do just fine.
