How can you remove the security screws once tightened in place?

My doors have been installed for the past 20+ years and now I want to remove them.....I was thinking of an angle grinder to grind the heads off then use a vice grip to back out the remainder.

Using an angle grinder can definitely work to remove the heads, but a vise-grip shouldn't work, since these are one-way screws.
But, you can try to use a screw extractor kit with a drill to attempt removing it.
