Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dtuer Beware, this is junk
The frame, and screen quality are good. The method to adjust the height is junk. The screw easily strips. There is no track to adjust the height. The wheels pop out easily. The wheels are cheap plastic. Small screws were jammed into the frame. Ended up throwing it away before it ever fit.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed I wish I had read reviews before purchasing
Like others have stated, this screen is junk. It claims on the box that it fits up to 81 inches. That might be the case if you want a screen that falls off if someone nearby sneezes too hard. I will be returning this and would not recommend it to anyone

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Lakshmi Misleading specifications. Does not extend to 81" and starts to wobble at 80".
This vinyl door, 48"x80"is my second purchase, the first one being a 36"x80". I was satisfied with the first purchase but am downright upset at the 2nd one. My door size is 81" for the 48"x80" one and the specification on the vinyl screen door say it can expand upto 81". IT DOES NOT. The maximum it can expand up to is 80" and wobbles/flexes too much even at this limit. I certainly will not recommend anyone to buy this door if their patio door size is 80" or more.
I am more upset at Home Depot than the manufacturer. I trust Home Depot to have my back but it certainly did not in this case.I hope Home Depot is listening. And to think I rented a Home Depot truck to transport this home!!! Double Whammy.

The specs state it reaches a height of 81" but it wouldn't work in my 80" door. The "adjustable" top and bottom are so wobbly the door wouldn't even stand up in the track without flexing so far out that it lost any hope of functionality. Even if it did reach the 80" I needed, the top and bottom flex would make it useless. I did watch the recommended video and researched online reviews, comments and suggestions and realize I should have researched this awful product BEFORE wasting my time and energy.
I hope someday The Home Depot finds a better product to replace this one in their inventory.

The door is good quality and looks great. I had to adjust to appx 79 inches height. Adjusting is a little tricky and took me about 30 minutes to get the hang of it. You have to adjust both top and bottom. Bottom to get he wheels to slide easily on the track and the top to fit the sliding door opening correctly, You have to turn inner and outer screws in opposite directions to expand and contract the top and bottom. Once you figure it out, you can install the sliding screen on your door tracks and adjust the top in place to fit perfectly. Must add lubricant to wheels and track for smooth slide. I'm very happy with the vinyl sliding screen now that it is installed. Screen mesh is sturdy.

I after having read the reviews I skeptical of this product but decided to try it anyway due to the price, but you get what you pay for. The screen came torn and while I know this can happen the frame was also falling apart at the corner. The extensions only make the door that much more flimsy. Home Depot stop selling this! It's your reputation on the line and if you care at all about the quality of the products you are selling this should not be one of them.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by goosepappa Different ways to install door
This was my first install of this door. I did watch the website videos on youtube and they helped. There were two or three options on how to install this door. I needed the option that called for using a pair of needle nose pliers to remove screws. I have several types of this tool and none would work. You may not have to remove them on your install but I had to dremel mine off. It took me about two hours to get it done but I did it right. I would not recommend it to someone who is not mechanically inclined. It's not as easy as step 1, 2, 3. There were many returns at my local store and that's never a good sign. HOWEVER the door looks great and for an after market door I would recommend it.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Geekgrrl Cute door, works great. Great purchase.
This door works great for me. I read the above review stating it bent when they placed it on the roof to get it home, so I bought a couple of 1x2's and they shrink-wrapped a frame around it and it made the rather long journey easily and arrived unharmed. It is a little flimsy and not very square in the doorway, but I think that's more from my inexperience rather than the quality of the product. I live on the water and something that wouldn't rust is needed, and this fit the bill nicely. So far I'm very pleased with it and it looks great. I highly recommend it.
