Rated 3.0 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Happy with Product! I have been looking for a similar Window Guard for some time. However the ones that I reviewed were very expensive. I finally found these at Home Depot & thought I'd giove them a try. I was VERY pleased to receive them & realize that they are of better quality that I expected. They are study & easy to install. The only comment with installation is determining which mounting bracket type to use. You just need to look at your installation location & use one of the three available. Overal VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE! Thanks Home Depot! October 30, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Parts do not fit together Cannot be assembled straight from the box. Grinder (bracket) and file (receiving tube on guards) needed. Every piece needed to be ground down to the bare metal. We would have sent them back had we not waited for three weeks. We had to install them. Less handy folks shouldn't try. April 22, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good design, but not thought out completely The paint on the 1/2 inch bar made it too thick to enter the window bars (to attach the bars to the door). I had to apply paint remover and also grind off rough shear metal that also inhibited insertion into the window bars. See my other review on the bars. July 9, 2011
