Hello - As long as you do not pass 30 PSI you can set the pressure to your preference. Thank you for your question.

Answer:
I haven't actually weighed it, but it is much heavier than an inflated tire. It's quite dense.

Answer:
Hi Chance,
The diameter of the original tire on 4 cu.ft. wheel barrow is 13''.
This tire has a diameter of 14.25'', so it might be too large to fit onto the handle and axle assembly.
It might fit, but it is larger than the original wheel and tire.
Thank you for asking,
-Travis

You say you have two tires on the front? Then measure the other front tire. Usually the measurement goes from the hub size diameter and the thickness of the tire. However your best bet of getting two of the right size would be to buy two new replacement tires. You might even get an employee to take the tire off for you. Read Less

Rated 2.4 out of 5 by 15 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Didn't Last A Year I bought this as a replacement for the original tire that had gone flat. Within a year the replacement tire was splitting along the treads. I tried to patch with an industrial conveyor belt repair kit. My patch held but then the tread started to split in another place and the tube inside blew out. I use a tire pressure gauge so the tire was not overinflated. Luckily I saved the old tire and rim assembly and I bought a tube and am back to using the old Carlisle tire. Spend a few extra dollars and get something that will last. The old tire is over 10 years old and doing much better than this tire did after a year. July 4, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by You Get What you Pay For Not bad for one season - Then it starting losing air and the tire just popped off the wheel one day while moving a small load of leaf mulch. Cheap stuff from China and the rubber or poly or whatever it's made of stinks when the sun warms it up. April 8, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by junk bought it yesterday1/19/2016 & it had a hole in the tube.Just more Chinese junk. January 20, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Low Quality Didn't last two months. Split on the sidewall. Original tire lasted twenty years. Very disappointed,,,......... October 8, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cheap Yes, Inexpensive No This tire works for the wheelbarrow I purchased from Home Depot. The tire is a bit narrow and the rubberized material is thin so I don't expect it to really hold up in the garden. Disappointed in the overall quality of this tire and the metal wheelbarrow that came from Home Depot as well. Nardelli sent this company into a quality tail spin from which it still hasn't recovered. If it gets me through the fall then a new USA made wheelbarrow will be on my purchase list for November. October 10, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by JUNK The tire stem had a hole in it straight from the store - I gave it one star because I couldn't give it a zero! November 29, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bearings not quite 5/8 Says it has a 5/8 bearing. My 5/8 shaft would not got through bearings. Luckly I had bearing from old tire and just switched them out. Tire ok for light use but is pretty narrow. September 1, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It fixed the wheelbarrow I still think $24.99 is a bit much for a tire, but it's still cheaper than any other store. The spacers made it fit to the old wheelbarrow I have. I would never find a tube and tire for it and now I don't have to. Nothing to do with the wheel, but even with the rust all on the nuts and bolts it was easy to take them off and replace the wheel. It only took a few tries to find the right combination of spacers to fit perfectly. June 13, 2013
