14 in. Sun Tunnel Tubular Skylight with Rigid Tunnel and Pitched Flashing is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 43.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW! My wife and I wanted to add skylights because our kitchen was too dark but we did not want another round of messy construction. We saw a do-it-yourself show that had sun tunnels as an alternative so we decided to take the chance. We thought the before and after pictures were just photoshopped. Wow, were we wrong. We are so pleasantly surprised with the amount of light that the sun tunnel lets into our once dark kitchen. I would definitely recommend sun tunnels to anyone. We want to add they to other areas in the house. They make a very dramatic difference and they are not hard to install. Highly recommended!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from VERY nice product and lets in LOTS of light! This is the FOURTH skylight of this brand, size and style I have in my home and garage, lets in lots of light and fairly straight forward install. The flashing on this particular model is what I really like best, it sits high above the shingles but pleasing to the eye, well constructed of metal and powder coated..... Over the past few years the interior trim kit has improved too, more attractive and durable. The only thing I did NOT like was the shipping! Home Depot would not allow it to be shipped to the store for free pick-up and I thought $55 was too much for shipping.....I bit the bullet and paid it......

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much better than I had hoped. This has to be one of the best buy's I've made. After a tornado damaged the roof I had these installed along with a new roof. Our house is dark, faces east and west and gets little natural light. I had them put in three of these, one in each bathroom with no windows and the kitchen with a small window. Even on cloudy days no lights are needed. On sunny days they are brighter than the lights we have. I did not install them but they looked simple enough and wouldn't have thought twice about installing it myself. I'd do this again without reservations. In fact we're looking at installing two more in the living room.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Watch clearance in low pitch roof I like this product and it provides much light in our previously dark foyer. Installation would have been easy except for one problem. The instructions and descriptions list a maximum recommended tunnel length of 20ft. However, there is no mention of a minimum distance. The swivel pipes for top and bottom of the tunnel probably work fine if you have at least 24" from the ceiling ring to the dome at the roof. I have a 3/12 pitch roof and my installation location only gave me 15". I had to disassemble the elbows and force the whole thing to make a jog by force and sheet metal screws. The light is still bright, but it could be better. The 10" version might have shorter swivel pipes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WONDERFUL!!!! omg My husband put 2 of these up in my very dark kitchen. I am IN LOVE. I want 4 more and will eventually get them. These are wonderful and the amount of light is amazing! No regrets here. People if you had any doubts...forget them and purchase these tubes. If you have a large room, 2 smaller ones will work better than one large one...You have to look at where you want the light in the room and then plan out. The first one took a little longer as Hubby wanted to do it right..the second took about 2.5 hours. He said very easy to put up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We were able to install this item to our best visual advantage. As a result of keeping hallway doors closed to our four little pups, we had a very dark hallway. With the installation of this product, we now keep reminding each other that the light wasn't left on...we just have beautiful natural light in that hallway all day long.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This TMR 014 works better than I expected I bought one of these from Home Depot for our bathroom and it perormed so well I bought a second one for the kitchen. The price was among the lowest of on-line prices.and is fairly straight forward to install. The hardest part is removing the shingles from the roof and installing the flashing. It took me about 6 hours to install each one. I spent a lot of time climbing up and down the latter getting the tools I needed. Assembling the tube is a bit tricky and took several tries to get to fit properly.
