I need to know if this light filtering blind comes installed from the factory on the Velux VSS 06

I'm buying 2 solar powered, fresh air skylights for my home, both VSS 06. I want them to have the light filtering, solar powered blinds which I believe I need to order separately:

VELUX White Solar Powered Light Filtering Skylight Blinds for VS C06 Models
Model # RSH C06 1028
Internet # 202892136

Does the blind come pre-installed at the factory? Is this the right blind to order with this skylight?
Thanks.

Answer:
You may order the skylights with blinds pre-installed at the factory. However, I caution you to make sure you are ordering correctly. It appears this question was posted on a VS C06, which is a manually venting unit. As always, we are available to speak with you about any questions you may have. You can reach us at 800-888-3589.

Answer:
VELUX blinds are specific to the model and production date of each skylight. Unfortunately, they are not compatible with another manufacturer's product.

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Skylight, but not sure the rain sensor was worth the extra cost. The skylight is a great addition. The remote works well. However, I'm not sure that the rain sensor works. The reason we bought this model rather then a standard crank-open skylight was the rain sensor as a backup in case I forgot to close the skylight and a storm came through. But, I've left the skylight open purposely during rain and it has not closed--even though it has started to get wet inside. July 9, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice blinds...Needed call Velux to get the blinds to work The blinds installed very easily. To get the wall mounted remote to work with it required a call to Velux. They walked me thru the installation in about 15 minutes. While the support was great, the instructions were completely useless. The blinds are also pricey (not Home Depot's fault) but there is a tax credit of 30% on the blinds the softens the cost somewhat May 15, 2012
