Customer Questions & Answers

Do I need to contiguously hold the spay button or does it work in a "switch" mode?

Asked by: RRFAX
The button is a "toggle" type button. You press and release it to change from spray to stream, then press and release it again to return to the original state. This is similar to a fan with an oscillation mode. Press once to oscillate back and forth, press again to return to the fixed mode. Hope that helps.

Does a deckplate come with it?

Asked by: Gloria
A deck plate does not come with this model. There is a model with a deck plate. Or you can purchase the deck plate separately. Vigo part #VG17001CH for the "chrome" option. If you purchased a different color, the last 2 letters of the part number will vary.

Single-Handle Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Chrome is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 31.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic customer service! I bought this faucet for a kitchen remodel. It was professionally installed and I absolutely love it! 2 1/2 years after installation, the spray/stream option quit working. I contacted Vigo to see if I could purchase a replacement spray head and they replaced it free of charge when I submitted the receipt. They went above and beyond my expectations. I love their products and their business ethic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Design! I had previously bought 2 bath faucets and I love them, so I ordered the kitchen faucet online. Love it! Same great design and quality. The way that it comes packed, it looks like a work of art.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High quality and great design We bought it to replace our two year old kitchen faucet. We wish the pullout handle could be easier to pull out and to put it back everytime we use it.

I bought this almost two years ago and am just getting around to installing it. I had to replace the stop valves and hoses on my old faucet before I could get around to installing the new one. My house was built in 1960 and we have high mineral content in our water which is piped from underground aquifers. Hence the need to replace the stop valves and hoses before moving onto the faucet. I just started the installation last night. I agree with the reviewer from January, the connections/fittings are not user friendly. The hot water hose was a piece of cake. The cold water hose is another story. I tried to connect to the cold water line and fought with it until I couldn't take it any more. I connected the cold water hose to the hot water stop valve to test if the issue was the hose or the connection. No issues with connecting the cold to hot. I then tried connecting another hose (almost brand new that I had just removed). I was able to connect to the fitting without issue. I then tried to reconnect the cold line again, then switched the ends around just to test (this is a 3/8 x 3/8 hose with female connections on both ends). Again I couldn't get the cold water hose to connect. I'm now searching for a replacement hose on Amazon so I can get this thing installed ASAP. As of now I have no running water in the kitchen and the bathrooms are a long walk to the other end of my mid-century modern home. Could a Vigo rep respond and let me know if this is a known issue and what my options are? I can't return it as I purchased almost two years ago and it's been sitting waiting for me to install it. If this is/was a known issue, how have you (Vigo) resolved this for your customers?
