Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellen piece of Equipment Easy to install and adjust. Brilliant enough to light the Flag, and not so bright that it irratates neighbors. Neighbors love having the flag flying 24/7. Many Veterans in the Neighborhood. September 26, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by This solar powered light does not illuminate my flags! Product arrived timely. While I have a tall flagpole and had to use a ladder to install the light closer to the bottom of the flags, it is fairly easy to install. I let the unit charge in the sun for 48 hours as indicated prior to turning it on. There is not enough light to illuminate my flags! Also, what little light is produced, it doesn't last until the morning. I will be returning this product to the store. I will have to call my electrician to hard wire a light. Ugh. July 14, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worked fine, but then.... The light worked great for about 2-3 weeks after I put it on - nice bright light illuminated the flag at night very well. I was very happy with this unit and then it just stopped working - period. Can't say for sure what the problem was - but we had several days where it rained at night and I noticed that water puddles up on the light lens (I should think that the engineer that designs these would have put little weep holes to drain the water, but what do I know). I imagined it would have been worse in winter with snow/ice accumulation but it never made it to winter. I returned it and got a refund. I guess eventually I'll have an electrician hard wire in a spotlight July 15, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not tall to install Sorry I paid the price for this light. To install it, I had to climb a ladder and still couldn't get it up to the 12 ft. recommended height. The light barely illuminates the very bottom of the flag when it is at full mast. It also interferes with the halyard. With the change in wind direction, the halyard has turned the light a full 360 degrees since installation. Wish I had returned it. July 22, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Won't last It broke down the first year. I couldn't return this item nor exchange because it happened after 6 months. Warranty expired in 90 days. No wonder! Don't waste your money, I bought a new rechargeable battery and replaced. Bad idea because it was the solar panel that broke down. April 19, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by No problems My only suggestion is a change in the hose clamps. The large to big for most poles and a smaller but bigger than the small provided Cutting large a pain. March 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works great, lights my flag for most of the night. Easy to mount on flagpole and lights the flag better than other solar products I've had. August 19, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not bright Does not give enough light. Very dim. The flag pole is too far from electric source for electricity. I don't know what to do at this point. I charged the light for 48 hours. It does not light the flag. April 29, 2014
