It’s tough to be a sidekick. We promoted Watson from mere narrator to the center of attention. Watson elevates the balance of art deco and modern casual to a slightly sophisticated affair with clean curves and seedy recycled glass. It’s elementary, really.

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Really beautiful light fixture with contemporary design and vintage touch I've been searching for a new chandelier for our dining room for at least a year and recently discovered Varaluz. This fixture drew my attention because of the modern design yet vintage touches, particularly with the seedy glass globes that look very nice with vintage light bulbs. A couple of notes: The website indicates it uses 6 60W A-19 shape light bulbs, yet that size is a somewhat tight fit when putting the globes over them. In addition, the fixture itself has the standard sticker with the maximum wattage, but references A-15 shape light bulbs (which are smaller and would certainly make the globes go on very easily) with a 100W max; however, I don't even know that A15's come in 100W. So I'm a bit puzzled by the discrepancies on the website specs and the fixture itself but 6 60W bulbs will work and certainly provide sufficient light. Right, the other note: if you use the vintage bulbs, you'll be limited to soft white (2700K on the color temperature chart) which is fairly standard for a dining room but may not meet your needs if you use your dining room table for work, homework or other activities.
