Most "pro" series of vinyl fence products are designed to rack up to 6% of slope with no extra cutting. This means that you can drop 6 inches in a 10' run and not need to worry about cutting the picket panels. You might have to use a router to increase the size of the routed holes in the posts to accommodate the slope of the top and bottom braces. In your question you have "20 inch" drop in 80 feet. That is a 0.25% grade. 1 inch divided by 10' gives you a 1% base grade formula. This means your 20 inch drop is 1% slope at 20 feet. If you are extending this slope over 80 feet you are decreasing the slope. This product should be fine for you to use. You will not need to buy blank posts (unless you are doing the stepping method). All stepping methods require routing, but don't buy blank posts. Buy end posts and then you only need to route one side of the posts. Work smart..... not hard ;) Read Less

Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question. We do not make 3-way posts however you can certainly cut a hole to fit your needs. Please keep in mind that this post is only compatible with our Linden 6x8 fence panel model #73013298. If you use any other post, it will not be compatible with this fence panel and may cause more headaches.

Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question. Your gate will attach to an end post (like this one). You'll need additional support under the vinyl post to support the weight of the gate. We suggest model # 73003463 or a wood 4x4.

Rated 3.3 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't bother Unusable, since the routed holes for the support rails were far too big. Item returned, along with the pole caps and the panel. I would recommend that Home Depot accomplish a little more in the 'supplier quality programs' arena, making sure that suppliers are what they should be and what customers expect. This particular event was costly in terms of my time, my contractor's time. May 31, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Vinyl End Post Easy to work with and looks good. Seems to be reasonably heavy. I am anxious to see how they endure the winter. Instructions are adequate but not excellent. My own concern is the flexibility that remains even when they are planted more than thirty inches in the ground with concrete. I placed a wooden post insert in the post on which I hung a gate, and it is rigid. The others though have a lot of give. (Which is why I didn't give it five stars in quality.) I'm wondering it shooting the post full of rigid foam (like Great Stuff) would be a good idea. Anyone? September 8, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by VERY HAPPY VERY NICE, LOOKS GOOD, EASY TO PUT TOGETHER, AND 5* FOR THE PRODUCT. :) I CHOSE THIS OVER WOOD, LAST LONGER AND GOOD FOR THE DIY PROJECT. August 8, 2013
