The answer to the first question above is that it would be in stock unless it was a small store. This item is not in stock anywhere in California/ Arizona area. To ship to home costs about $10 per piece adding over $200 to the cost of my material. Can anything be done? Why cant it ship to store like the regular size deck boards?

Answer:
Thank You for the reply but I was referring to Arizona where Brazilian Walnut color is in stock on the shelf. They don't stock the fascia but only the deck boards and the website does not give you a ship to store option. I also checked nearby California stores which nobody had in stock either.

Why is this product impossible to find in local stores but the deck boards aren't?

This is a key product necessary to successfully complete a Veranda Armorguard deck project. However, for some reason it isn't in stores. The deck boards are plentiful but the complimentary accessories aren't. I would like to use this decking product for my project however I'm finding it extremely difficult to commit as the the material supply appears incomplete.

Answer:
Not a helpful response. Most stores across all of Illinois, Wisconsin, and Iowa must be "small" stores.. because it's not stocked anywhere. Short of special ordering this product is essentially unavailable in the midwest.

Answer:
Thank you for choosing Veranda! Most stores that stock the ArmorGuard decking will also carry the matching fascia unless it is a smaller store with limited space. The Brazilian Walnut fascia (SKU #235-653) is available in 8' lengths, typically in the lumber aisle. The store associate will be able to locate it with the SKU number, and can check availability at other stores in the area if not in stock. The Read More

Answer:
Thank you for your question. It does not appear that the stores in the Laguna Hills market stock the Brazilian Walnut decking so you would not be able to view it there. You can order a sample of the decking, however, at www.verandadeck.com.

Rated 3.6 out of 5 by 8 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by fascia looks good, stout, easy to install. use the deck screws, screws drive in and become flush (hidden). August 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great! The boards are just as easy to work with as wood. The patterns fine and the coloring shades very to the point it looks like real wood. Easy to install with veranda screws and a fresh battery in your cordless drill. The quality is as I would expect for the price. Professional June 24, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Looking good on the deck. I really like the woodgrain pattern. It is quite easy to work with and looks really good with the screws from Veranda. January 26, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Looks nice but... Nice looking and finishes off decks nicely. Only problem is the length. It would be nicer to have longer lengths available so there are not so many unsightly joints. Would also be nice to have 7.25" size for 2x8 deck construction. Otherwise is well made. July 7, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Veranda Great product, a little on the expensive side. I ordered through Home Depot and was not happy with Home Depot website saying shipping is free to the store. This is very misleading. The customer must pay shipping. I paid 130.00 for a product that is manufactured in my home state. For this reason as a contractor I will not recommend or be using this product. Lowes does not have this policy. February 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great decking I installed these to be steps and a deck. Easy to install and looks great. October 28, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Product does not clean well as indicated under warranty Bought the Brazilian Walnut. The product does not clean well and mud will not come off even with cleaner authorized by manufacturer. Am totally disappointed with product. Beware of implied warranty. Manufacturer will not back up. September 30, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Fascia board too wide for me I found the fascia board to be too wide for my deck. It made the structure look way too bulky. I ended up returning the product back to the store and used the regular end row boards instead. June 5, 2013
