Thank you for your question. The fascia stocked in Home Depot locations (Brazilian Walnut and/ or Nantucket Grey) is only available in 8' lengths due to space restrictions. We do offer the same color fascia called Chestnut for the Brazilian Walnut and Grey Birch for the Nantucket Grey in the Fiberon decking line in a 12' length by special order at the ProDesk only. Thank you for your question. The fascia material is only suitable for above ground applications to prevent absorption of moisture from ground contact which can lead to swelling.

Thank you for your question. The ArmorGuard fascia should be secured with 3 screws every 12 inches when applied to a rim joist, or would be secured at every stringer spaced at 9 inches when cut down for use as riser boards.
