Answer:
Thank you for your question. The post wrap is designed to be installed to a wood post, and we do offer a post sleeve surface mount bracket that includes the wood post (model #BKT SLV MT W/WD KT V). The mount does include wedge bolts for attaching to a concrete surface.

Customer Reviews

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I love these Things I looked around and ordered different post wraps and this one was the most heavy duty and best looking out of all, the material is about a 1/2" thick and it has a nice texture on the outside, none of the the others had any texture at all ( except one manufacturer that had discontinued them after I bought one) Instructions say to install by gluing to post as you go but what I did was pre-assemble the pieces in the comfort of my basement with polyurethane construction adhesive ahead of installing them. you can also cut pieces to length before gluing so you're gluing only what you're using. You glue the edges only being careful not to let the glue squeeze out of the corners, the cardboard cutouts will hold the pieces together you won't need clamps as this will only cause more glue to seep out. After glue dries you just slip these over your posts and you can shim the top and bottom with cedar shakes as shims to plum and firm up the sleeves against the posts, this is done only on two sides on the bottom and the top depending on the space between the post and post wrap. I went on to install the Timbertech / Azek rails with the Veranda armorguard post wraps instead of the Veranda rails because they didn't offer the rails in the eight foot length sizes. March 13, 2016
