After ordering the fence based on what was in the photo, I was disappointed to find that the End Posts and caps are NOT included as pictured. I returned the item.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Iowan All the parts were included in the package, plus the directions were simple/self-explanatory! I love the look of my fence!
I had an excellent experience all the way around. Therefore from the factory to my front door, I would highly recommend Home Depot!

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Miriam this product is not at the same standard as the fence I bought a few years ago.
Even though this is the same model name and number, this fence is not built to the same specifications. EVERY COMPONENT and DIMENSION is DIFFERENT to the fence we are matching it to. Luckily the old and new fence are not working in a continuous line, but are at right angles to each other. The new fence is skimpier, lighter in weight and shorter than the older one. My installer had quite the challenge making the two fences work togther. Luckily for me, she's an amazing craftperson.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Andrew AMAZING fencing product - solid and deceptively easy!
My wife and I decided to "go big or go home" and splurged for the Pro Series Vinyl Westchester Scalloped fencing. We were looking for about 25 feet of quality vinyl fencing at the end of our driveway. We made the best choice possible with this product. It is solid, all of the routed holes lined up perfectly and the install was actually ridiculously easy. Dig a hole with a post-hole digger, pop the posts in (sold separately), pour some dry cement in the hole, level it all up, wet the cement down and then pop the pickets in. Thats it. Done!
24 hours later, the fence posts are solid as a rock and there is absolutely no hardware to have to worry about. A nice, sturdy piece of solid aluminum runs inside the bottom rail, giving this fence a really sturdy feel.
The only annoyances were as follows (and I am really digging here for issues) 1: The description on HomeDepot.com reads "42 ft x 4 ft" sections - this is not true - the panels are actually 6ft x 4 ft. I think this may be keeping people away from the product and it should be fixed. 2: The instructions included in the box for the panels recommended burying the posts 24 - 36" deep. Well, that sounds awesome, but the bottom routing hole is actually at the 22" mark - so no, that doesn't work. Common sense fixed this. I think the paperwork was for another panel system.
Overall we are very, very happy with this. Total install time for 4 panels and 5 posts was about 4 hours from start to finish. Not too bad. AND no hardware at ALL!
