I have been an avid gardener for years. I've grown all kinds of fruits and vegetables. What I am most curious about trying to clone with my new machine are my white fig trees, as well as my Pawpaw fruit tree. Trying to grow a Pawpaw from seed is a difficult and tricky task, so I am really hopeful that this clone machine will save me some time and I can get some cuttings going into trees more quickly!
Having just got the machine I can't confirm if it works yet, but the design seems pretty sound, the black bucket prevents algae growth, and from my experience of cloning cuttings in the past I see no reason that this machine should not work.
I'll be following up in a few weeks to comment on my progress!

My machine came with no directions. I looked up info on the internet, but this was an unnecessary added step. I also would have liked it to come with hydroponic rock or something to hold the plant branches/stems more securely than just the sponges which come with it to plug the holes and hold the plants. I was not successful last year with using this system, but am trying again. I will update if it works for me this time.

This product may possibly have the worst instructions I have ever had to follow. They have long names for the parts, but there is no diagram identifying the parts. Fortunately, it's not hard to figure out just by looking at the pieces.
It's cheaply made and you could get the parts separately for a lot less money. For plants that can be rooted in water (like the coleus they have pictured on the website), don't bother - you don't need it.
They have instructions for cloning (a.k.a. rooting) in some type of rock (probably lava), but don't include any in the "system". Matter of fact, they don't include anything but the bucket, pump and mister. No growth hormone or anything else mentioned in the process. Typically when I've purchased other types of growing systems, everything I need to start the process is included.

This would be good for a beginner or someone who doesn't want to spend the time making their own from spare parts. It is almost identical to what the youtube videos show for homemade ones. Maybe a good start for those without a big budget who just want to dabble and experiment before committing major funds.
If you are looking for a professional model, this is not it.

Never worked properly, not even aeroponics. This system just splashes water around and you end up with root rot.
