This is a poorly designed product. Like most heaters, this has a shutoff switch on the bottom. Because the touch pad is located at the top of the face, about half the time you touch a button, you also turn off the heater as it tips back from the pressure on the touch pad. The only way to reliably turn it on and off is to hold it down with one hand and turn it on with the other.
Apart from that, the controls are unnecessarily confusing -- take this comment as coming from a person who knows how to make the VCR stop blinking.

This small space heater is awesome. To be so small the heating ability is for beyond expectasion. It is well worth the money invested. I use it for my bedroom (where I spend most my time), I had to turn the selection to low. I've had to show it off to everyone stopping by. They are all impressed. Good job HOME DEPOT you surely got this one right!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased this heater to heat a 10x12 bedroom that I have to keep closed off to the rest of the house to keep pets segregated. Being at the extreme end of a single-floor home, with one heating vent in the room, it gets pretty cold during the winter months.
This heater did a great job of heating the space very quickly. It would get the room from chilly (~55 deg F) to comfy (70+ deg F) within 5-10 minutes. The timer feature is nice for setting the heater to run for an hour or so after I go to sleep, which keeps the room warm enough for the rest of the night and saves electricity. The oscillating feature is nice to keep heat from blowing in a single direction.
Two downsides. One, the Eco setting isn't very useful, or perhaps to put it more precisely, the onboard thermostat is useless. I set the Eco shutoff for ~68 degrees, but it would seemingly ignore it and run the room temperature up to 75 before automatically shutting off, probably from over-heating. Second, mostly just a quality-of-life thing, it has no lighting for the controls, meaning you can't easily operate it in a dim bedroom.
In summary, it's a nice little heater and heats fast but I wish the Eco setting worked as advertised. If you need a heater to maintain a relatively precise temperature, look elsewhere.

Poor design and doesn't provide much heat. Blows fuses easily.

It heats fine, but it makes an unbelievably annoying rattling noise, very unpleasant. Not sure if anyone else has this problem, if so please let me know how to fix.
