It seems to be holding up well in the sun.
I had 126 sq. ft and went with 13 cases. I had 5 pieces leftover.
You have 120 sq ft so 12 cases would work but give you no room if ya make a bad cut or whatever.

We are going to put this on our patio deck and it rains a lot here. Do these tiles need any weather protection? Also my wife wants to make them shinny. Can this be done without ruining the tile? If so what kind of coating would you suggest?
The tiles look very good but a little smaller than I thought.

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 7 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Happy Purchase Once I decided on my pattern layout and cleaned the cement area under my Pergola, I didn't do 3 hours on the entire install of my 9 x 14 area. June 3, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great product but not enough of it I love this product and the ease of putting it together however when I realized I had not purchased enough to complete the job and I went back for more it was out of stock both in store and on line. Now I am stuck with having to order from another source and unfortunately pay more. June 28, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Edges The only downside to this product is that it does not offer and edging to complete the design so 1, you leave the edge raw which looks uncompleted . 2, you have to buy extra pieces and have to cut them in order to complete your project April 5, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by would not recommend They only provide 10 individual tiles and if I want to make a pefert square I need 12 so if I want to complete the project I have to bye anther package of 10 when I really just need 2 more!!! April 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We liked the snap together tiles, and eco friendly woods. These tiles could be used straight line or create a design. It was easy to change the design without damaging tiles. The easy snap together installation over exsisting deck or concrete made it simple to install without major preperation or cost. We will probably purchase more front of our home. June 26, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great addition to my Terrace in Co-Op City The Product is excellent but there should be 6" tile gap created by using the 10" tiles. October 10, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Looks great installed. Easy to instal and looks great. Makes our pool entrance look professional. February 15, 2012
