Hello, can you tell me if there is a pause feature for the spray/stream modes? Can the handle be installed facing forward? Does the arm move independently when you swing the head? How far does the spray head reach from the starting position? How tall is the highest point of the arc and the lowest point of the spray head from the countertop if mounted flush without a cover plate? Thanks for all the help!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by WEAK WATER PRESSURE I love the way this faucet looks, but I really regret this purchase. Right when the faucet was installed the plumber noted that the water pressure was low. I can definitely confirm that the flow was very low for opening the faucet on all the way. The toggle to switch the sprayer is also weak in the sense that my hand can graze it and it switches over to spray. The water pressure for faucets in the rest of the home is perfectly fine btw and I've recently replaced all of them - it's just this one kitchen faucet that's unsatisfactory. I was wiling to spend the money for an attractive faucet and paid for installation and now I keep thinking I wish I bought a different one. Now I just feel frustrated when I turn this faucet on. Please reconsider if you are thinking about purchasing. Function > form. August 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Risk paid off hansomly Hadn't heard of the brand much before so wasn't sure what quality it would be but I'm 95% happy with it. Appearance is as in the ad and the quality is reassuring and sturdy. Far better than some Glacier Bay piece of junk for about the same price. Why not 100% happy? I got the faucet with the baseplate and there wasn't a gasket type part included to make a seal between the baseplate and the sink to prevent water from working its way down the waterline access holes in the sink. I sealed it, but would've been nice for a gasket to have been included. February 18, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Its everything I expected a faucet to be, until its not I was very specific in my wants, when looking for a new faucet. I wanted a restaurant style faucet, it needed to be less than 24" tall, and it needed to have an available escutcheon because my precious faucet was 3-hole. I was limited to no more than 3 different faucets and chose to go with this one because I thought it looked great, the price was fantastic, and even though the mixed reviews, I felt I could deal with the downsides. It does look fantastic. The price was great for the options that I had available for my specific wants. But I cannot deal with the fact that, installed about a month, the sprayer now works when it wants to. It took about 4 weeks. First the pressure dropped a noticeable amount. Then the button would fail to switch from normal to spray head every 4 or 5 tries. Now we must hold the trigger in to use the opposite function (whichever it is stuck on at the time). If you current faucet works and you really want this one, save up a few extra dollars and buy something else. I believe myself to be a very patient and forgiving person- but this faucet head I just cant deal with. I really wanted to love this faucet, but I just cant. March 29, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not Happy Very nice looking, as for function...not so much. I have experienced the same degraded performance since purchasing a few months back. at first we were impressed. had it professionally installed by a licensed plumber at some cost. after a month or so it had a dribble of flow and almost no pressure. you have to push the button several times to get any flow or pressure which makes it very difficult for me and impossible for my wife to use. we have called and emailed techmail@vigoindustries.com with no response. From what I have read, Vigo has been very responsive to others with some of the issues, I guess we are the exception. September 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Gret Value, Super Nice! Great faucet, nice quality, made the kitchen pop and would buy again! July 2, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice faucet but powdercoat is coming off Very cool Faucet, very inexpensive for this type however where the faucet head meets the faucet folder the powder coating is coming off and our unit is only six months old . Also same happens with the diswasher liquid dispenser that maches the set. Black powdercoat is totally off :/... i guess u get what u pay for... otherwise it works well. October 13, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice faucet. Looks nice, but the warranty is a bit misleading. It states lifetime, but it's only the finish that is lifetime. And not the functional parts, such as the cartridge and the sprayer. June 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I love this faucet I'd never installed any kind of plumbing before and this was easy to install. I've only had it a few weeks but so far it works great and looks great. September 27, 2016
