My son, a computer geek, not a plumber, installed this for me without issue. I am confined to a wheelchair and this makes cooking and clean up so much easier.

Faucet looks great. Got it to go with my 36" farmhouse sink. Super big (tall) and maybe just a little too big in my opinion. We have had a few issues with it and will more than likely be returning it. Issues we have had are that it's super loud when the water is turned on all the way, much louder than a normal sink. Makes a whirring sound. Also the handle for the spray nozzle loosens easily, causing it to leak. I feel like I always have to tighten it. As far as using it, the line for the sprayer seems really tight, not that easy to move around. I always feel like I'm going to yank it right out of the counter top. My other gripe is that you have three separate controls to turn the water on. You have the main lever to turn on the water, but noting comes on until you turn the lever for pot filler or squeeze the handle for the sprayer. Not the worst thing ever, but kind of hard to get used to as with a normal faucet you turn the water on and there is instantly water, but with this faucet there is an extra step. For the price I was hoping to be a little more satisfied with it than I am.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ALW1229 Great product, well-made, looks AMAZING
I purchased this faucet from Home Depot.com because I could not find what I needed in any store. This faucet completely lived up to its expectations and is exactly what I wanted. My husband installed it easily in no time (but he knows what he is doing with these types of things). Make sure you go through the whole box to find all of the pieces before you put it together. There are multiple parts that are hidden in the box. I highly recommend this product and will definitely look at purchasing other products from this company again!

It is definitely big but we have the space and it looks wonderful. There was a washer missing and we called home depot and got it right away. My husband installed it with no problems, but he is very handy.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by ppeck Nice Residential faucet w/ Industrial feel
We are pretty happy with this faucet. It was at the top of our price range but it has a nice dual water function that I have found very handy. The construction seems sturdy too, so that is a plus. I would buy this faucet again if I had another renovation.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0by Avilla9 Trigger Handle already failing
This is an impressive looking unit. I really hope the warranty process is an easy one as the trigger handle is starting to fail recently after using hot water for a short period of time; like a small hand load of dishwashing. The main problem appears to be the rubber tip on the trigger valve is wearing rapidly and thus preventing the valve from being opened by the lever....
Faucet was installed less than 6months ago!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by nickname got what I was expecting
Metal, heavy, not cheap plastic. pretty tall, but still very sturdy. very easy to install and put together. the mixing valve and on/off for the sprayer and spout operate very smooth. love the 360 swivel arms. it lets you get the faucet out of the way and the dushed into the sink easier. appears to me a clear finish has been placed over the stainless to protect it. we will see if this holds up in the long run or chips and flakes off. my feeling is it will hold up. the black handle is hard plastic, I thought it would have been rubber, but I still like it. handle does not get hot when using hot water for even a long time. the supply line for the sprayer is woven stanless braid over the rubber which looks really nice with the rest of the stainless. they lined all of this in a plastic line/tube also, so the stainelss braidning will stay clean, and then the plastic is easy to wipe off. your counters will get more wet than usuall. i have a split sink. i think a single basin would be better for this faucet to keep water in the basin better and prevent splashing. sprayer gives a good even spray. I have a well, and water pressure through this seems just as it was before. I got luck and bought it for about ~190 on sale, cheapest I could find at the time. in the end, this thing dispenses water just like any other facet does, but it just does it differently. it does have a lot more fetures, but really it's pretty expensive at $190 for a faucet. granted it is quality and very nice, but from a pure value standpoint this ranks lower in my book.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TheGreatOne Great Commercial-Style faucet with Residential features
We've now had this faucet installed in our brand new kitchen for about 3 weeks and could not be happier with it. The faucet has both a spray head and a regular style faucet for when there's no need for the spray function (filling a glass of water, pot, etc.).
It was very easy to install, despite our sink being extremely large and filling most of the cabinet space. I wound up buying a specialty plumber tool to tighten the nuts under the countertop. The faucet does include color-coded supply lines, which was a nice bonus.
For the price, I doubt that we could have found a nicer looking or functioning faucet to complete the look of our kitchen.
