This faucet serves its purpose, but it has a couple of annoying flaws. The pull-down sprayer is nearly impossible to detach and reattach, and it tends to leak a little when you first reattach it. For what we paid for the faucet, we'd prefer to have a faucet that works more smoothly.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by BI1 Nice faucet overall
We bought this faucet online, site unseen in person. It is very pretty and goes really well with our grey counters and white sink. It cleans up well and shows minimal smudge marks. We have had no issues with the retraction or length of the hose and the sprayer works very well. Matching soap dispenser is just as pretty and works well too. Overall we are happy with the purchase.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mack Looks good, function is OK
Bought this product based off of the look online and had it installed by the contractor.
Pros - Looks stylish
Cons - Tough to pull out the the top and need to force it in to snap it back into place.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by NYCReno Just fine but no more than that
Handle comes loose and needs to be tightened daily. Pull out isn't quite aligned so, to slide it back in, you need to twist it a little.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mingyu Great kitchen faucet.
This faucet has been installed as our utility faucet in our laundry room since 2009. I love the product. The water flow is very good, and looks simple and modern. The quality is excellent. The main parts are made of brass, the sprayer head is plastic as is any other high end brands. The pull down sometimes does not snap back into the place unless you push it. But it does not matter in our application.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Moneypit Great quality for reasonable price - even the professional was impressed
Heavy duty with solid parts, attractive
Only negative I can tell after 2 wks is that the pull out line is not very long or easy to pull out

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by John Doe Sprayer Doesn't Come Out Nor Snap Back Easily!
Sleek design and solid construction, but I believe there is a design flaw with the pull-down sprayer. To pull it out, you have to grab the main stem with one hand and pull out the sprayer with the other hand. To return it, you have to first rotate it to the correct position, then shove it in hard while holding the main stem with the other hand. Needing two hands makes using the sprayer very impractical!
