Hello, can you tell me if there is a pause feature for the spray/stream modes? Can the handle be installed facing forward? Does the arm move independently when you swing the head? How far does the spray head reach from the starting position? How tall is the highest point of the arc and the lowest point of the spray head from the countertop if mounted flush without a cover plate? Thanks for all the help!

Single-Handle Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Stainless Steel is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 346.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from So frustrating! With all the good reviews, I felt pretty safe buying this instead of something more expensive/ a name brand that I recognize. We have had it for about 2 months, and at first I was annoyed because the pressure on the spray was too high. But that's a good problem to have. About 3 weeks ago, i began to notice that I have to push the button several times to toggle the spray function so that it has any decent pressure. At this point, I have to hold the button down to have any pressure at all. Absolutely regret buying this product. Will never buy from this brand again. The performance of this product deteriorates more and more every week.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WEAK WATER PRESSURE I love the way this faucet looks, but I really regret this purchase. Right when the faucet was installed the plumber noted that the water pressure was low. I can definitely confirm that the flow was very low for opening the faucet on all the way. The toggle to switch the sprayer is also weak in the sense that my hand can graze it and it switches over to spray. The water pressure for faucets in the rest of the home is perfectly fine btw and I've recently replaced all of them - it's just this one kitchen faucet that's unsatisfactory. I was wiling to spend the money for an attractive faucet and paid for installation and now I keep thinking I wish I bought a different one. Now I just feel frustrated when I turn this faucet on. Please reconsider if you are thinking about purchasing. Function > form.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Happy Very nice looking, as for function...not so much. I have experienced the same degraded performance since purchasing a few months back. at first we were impressed. had it professionally installed by a licensed plumber at some cost. after a month or so it had a dribble of flow and almost no pressure. you have to push the button several times to get any flow or pressure which makes it very difficult for me and impossible for my wife to use. we have called and emailed techmail@vigoindustries.com with no response. From what I have read, Vigo has been very responsive to others with some of the issues, I guess we are the exception.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucet, great value I spent a lot of time looking for a commercial style faucet that wasn't too tall. Most are like 20" tall but that was too tall for us. We found this online. The other thing is that no one carries these type in store, so you have to look at photos online. We paid $140, which is a great deal. The box it came in was completely padded like a gun case and faucet was in a cloth bag. Really impressed with packaging. Unique thing about this faucet is that the sprayer pulls out pretty far and most others do not pull out at all, they only pull down a small amount using the spring coil. Installation was easy. Also the handle rotates toward sink only. Most faucets turn forward for cold and back for hot but if you have a backsplash that is close to sink, the handle hits backsplash so you cannot get all the way on hot. Overall we love this faucet!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Much improved after part replacement I purchased this in December 2015. I was so disappointed in it. The water volume was horribe. I assumed it was the mandatory "restrictor" in the faucet. Well, the button (to switch from stream to spray) started to malfunction. A quick response from the support staff got me a new nozzle pretty quickly. Now the faucet is a dream. It is my fault for not contacting support the moment I received the faucet. Manufacturing defects do happen and I was no exception. So, if you have performance problems from this faucet, just contact support and it will eb rectified.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous The first thing I noticed was the box and packaging. I felt like I was opening a new Apple product. The faucet had a protector over the faucet to protect it. It was in terrific padding and everything that is important is set in the padding too. I was very happy with how sturdy it felt right out of the box. That's not always something you can appreciate with buying something online. This faucet is far from flimsy. The coils are stiff and do not move. This was a concern of mine when I bought it because I wasn't sure how much give those coils had. I bought the stainless steel and black model and the black portions are perfectly proportioned portioned; it's not too dark. Can't wait to use it and for the install. I'm confident it'll be great.

First, the nozzle feature that switches the water from regular flow to spray mode stopped working properly. The spray feature continued to work, but it wouldn't return to regular flow unless you fiddled with it for several minutes. After about 9-10 months the water pressure in regular flow became weak, but in spray mode it was fine. In the end, the nozzle would no longer switch back to normal flow so it did not work at all. Long story short: this faucet was a headache and a total waste of money. Worse, it stopped working in January 2016--one month past the warranty expiration date. The professional plumber I hired recommended I get Moen next time, which I did. ps: If you have a standard stainless steel sink this is probably not the faucet for you. It's too heavy and pitches slightly forward.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Spray Nozzle Button Not Reliable / Not Durable (on 4th Nozzle in less than a year) I like the look of this faucet but I'm on the 4 spray nozzle in less than a year. I just requested the fourth, sent an email to VIGO for yet another replacement (The original plus the 3 I have requested = 4). When I requested the first replacement, VIGO indicated: "we have recently changed the mold of our sprayers to have a more durable button and functionality we will send you out a new one the issue should not persist." However, as you can see I'm not certain after #2 they have gotten any better. Again, my faucet is less than a year old. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MODEL.
