Metropolitan 4 ft. X 32 in. Black Steel Rail Panel is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Completely rusted out in 6 yrs Installed this railing on a porch and stairs as a cheap alternative to wrought iron. Completely rusted out and falling apart after 6 yrs. Flanges are falling apart and everything thing is a complete rusty mess and disintegrating into nothing. Need to replace because it has no support to it anymore. Buyer beware. If I feel like taking pics I will post them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent for the price The railing is fairly user friendly. Easy to put together with their hardware and posts. The only place you can find in-stock 4" on center metal railings when you need it quick. The only reason it isn't five stars is it got rained on the first night I installed it, and the next morning it was already starting to rust at the welds. An easy fix is to spray paint it or clear coat it after installation. Shouldn't have to do that , hence only 3 stars.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not well constructed By the time we got the rail up and in place, One of the slats was already coming loose at the bottom.we were not rough or careless. That slat fell off and we has dt glue it back as we were not going to take the rail down. Now I see another rail worked loose the same way. Would NOT recommend
