Item description states that this is an Italian Marble top, however, it actually comes from China. Last night while we were all sleeping the sink detached from the vanity top. 3 of 4 brackets fell off. It appears that the adhesive that holds brackets in place had air bubbles and this would lower holding force. It seems that the force of the sink pulling away from the vanity also caused the marble to crack. There is now a visible fracture on the front part of vanity. Home Depot is not standing behind product and suggested I contact VIRTU-USA for help. Still waiting... One other issue...the screw heads that are suppose to hold the mirror on the wall are too big and do not fit in the bracket hole on the mirror.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by steve 3rd vanity, 3rd arrived broken, 4 month w/o sink!
The vanity looks nice, but the HD shipping is garbage. We are on our third vanity. Each one shows up broken and needs to be shipped back and replaced which takes about 1 month per round. We have been trying to get a sink into our 1 br condo for four months and are still waiting. In the end I will eat the cost and get something from a stone store directly. Don't waste your time, money and sanity dealing with this vanity and related vanities from Home Depot.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by mayhem966 Great vanity set but drawer pulls are polished chrome not brushed nickel
Everything is nice about this vanity except the drawer pulls are polished chrome. The cabinet door pulls are brushed nickel though. I called customer service and they sent me ONE replacement drawer pull that was also polished chrome. I called again and they are supposed to be sending six replacement brushed nickel fixtures. I chose not to install the backsplash piece since I had tile behind the vanity. The hardware to mount the sink was missing. Drawers and doors are soft-close.

We have been looking to remodel our bathroom for about a year now. The opportunity came up when we saw this item online and on sale. After placing our order and waiting about a month for it to arrive, (Hawaii) the countertop was broken. My first impression was "this is a nice looking slab," then I saw the crack. Darn! We sent it back and unfortunately the second slab did not look as nice as the first. The reason being the veins were not as aesthetically pleasing and this slab had an area that was brown, like the veins were colored brown. Strange. I was tempted to send it back but you never know what you are going to get and I didn't want to wait another month so we went ahead and installed it.
Looks classy - modern, contemporary feel
Slow close drawers and doors
Looks like the picture
Be aware of high your drain is coming out of the wall. 16-19 inch drain is to low and you will have to cut the middle drawer or finagle some way around it. 20-21 inch drain height is about right.
The interior was not fully painted. The coat near the back of the cabinet had a grainy feel
Overall this product looks great and matches the look we were going for. Check out the photos for yourself.

It looks nice--I especially like the top. The drawers keep falling out of place though, and one of the doors never shut properly. I didn't expect that from a product that cost over $1k.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by designfan Well-made cabinet, not 1 inch of solid marble
The cabinet is well-made. Upon receipt, we noticed that there was a chip in one of the wood legs. Luckily it was in an inconspicuous area and would not be seen in the bathroom. Secondly, the marble top is not made of a solid marble slab that is one inch thick. It's made out of two 1/2" slabs glued together. That was lacking in the description. The soft close and spring loaded doors are a very nice feature. Overall, the value is good and I'd buy again.

Can't attest to the ease of installation because the contractor put it together and in. The marble is 2 pieces split horizontally and the seam is pretty evident, but it still looks nice.
