Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by pinra3 a good fridge..
fridge is spacious & the separated freezer door helps keeping the stuff frozen, which is what i was looking for.
since i like stuff really cold i tend to have stuff i like half frozen kept at the back of the fridge..
temperature setting is maxed at 7 & i get a reading of 42-46 degrees. i prefer 36-38 degrees.
i am satisfy with the fridge considering the price (a good price), though this is my first & have nothing to compare it with...

My 15 year old kitchen frig died. I have a less than one year old SS frig in a rental that I will be able to move down in a few months. So I needed something right away. I went to Home Depot and saw this model. It is compact and has a separate freezer section door. Thinking about it this frig is the same size as my cousins in Germany use (very small kitchens).
The design of the unit is excellent. The in door area has a holder for 6 standard sized soda cans. Below that there is enough space to store a half gallon milk container, plus two bottles of wine. The interior has glass shelves that can be set where needed. Below the shelves is a clear plastic drawer for veggies, etc. Oh - you can reverse the door opening direction if you want.
One thing that is different about this unit is there are no outside coils in the rear to collect dust. The coils are just under the sides of this frig. The sides warm up when the compressor is running to emit heat. That is why this unit is very energy efficient.
On the outside the top of the frig has an indented area for storing items like wine glasses, etc
The stainless steel look model was in stock, so with a quick Home Depot truck rental I had it home and shortly after on the job. It takes about 2 to 3 hours to cool down when first used. I put my kitchen frig temp gauge and it has been holding very nicely between 35 and 40 F. When it is on the compressor is quiet - just a low level hum. There are no external fans like the larger units have.
Downside ? If you are looking to chill cans of soda or beer down, this frig will take a little linger than a large frig with air circulation. From room temp to a cold can it is about 2 hours. You can also place a can or two in the freezer section if your thirst can not wait that long.

Great office fridge. It has a freezer compartment that is much larger than other guy's fridges. It also has adjustable shelves or soda holders so you can put large soda liter bottles, or even a large watermelon inside. You pay a little extra, but it is worth the money. Don't go cheap and get a "cheap" one. Spend a little and get a "great" item.

We had your typical mini fridge prior to purchasing this fridge and needed more space inside. The spot we have our fridge didn't allow for a normal size fridge so after many searches, we found this one which fits perfectly. The only issue we had was flipping all the parts so we could have the doors open the opposite way that they came pre-installed. The instructions have pictures that are hard to see if you don't have the greatest eyesight. Other than that, we have had no issues!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by aguadillano Great little five star fridge!
I bought this at my local HD in Mayagüez at the end of November 2014 during a promo. Though I had to lay it on its side to get it home, I set it up, and let it sit unplugged for 24 hours as the consensus on the internet suggested, to make sure the fluids in it were fully drained back to the compressor. The next day, I plugged it in, and it has been running flawlessly ever since - the ice has always been frozen and the beer's always been cold. Best part is, it has barely dented my electric bill!
If I had the need for another, I wouldn't hesitate to get a second one.

love the separate freezer section, it gives more room in the refrigerator for peoples lunches in the office and ice for iced coffee.

I hope this refrigerator lasts longer then my last small 4.5 CU. FT. which lasted 5 years. This small unit can hold a enough stuff so I do not have to shop for a week. The energy use is 50% less then my old unit. This unit is light enough to move and I am 63.
