Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great Keeps 3000 sq ft home warm. My home is new with good insulation though so that probably helps.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from below average For the price i guess its a decent furnace but theres better brands out there for a little bit more money. This is a cheap entry level furnace for the first time wood burner. I wish i had spent the extra money and gotten a better furnace. Draft control is absolutely useless on these units. Wish it had a glass type door so the fire was viewable when unit was running. The dual forced air fans cost me about $50 a month to run in electricity costs. I'd of paid more money for secondary combustion tubes/chamber had i know then what i know now. My advice, spend the extra money and get a more high end furnace, you'll be happy you did later. The volzang is adequate if you're poor or newbie to the wood heating game but it lacks so many features i now view as must haves. same thing with those Daka furnaces too.
