I live in a river front historical double loft 4/5 last 2 floors and I purchased (2) screens the 21-37 IN. W X 18 IN and the 45 IN. X 24 and their just PERFECT. I 'm noticing many of my loft neighbors with their windows opened and no screens, which the seagulls, birds and pigeons can easily enter and thought about if the screens that I grew up with were still available . I GOOGLED and I'm pleased that I did. I will surely pass this along to my neighbors so that they can enjoy their views and windows bird and bugs free. Thanks for carry a ole fashion classic Home Depot. ;)

The windows in some of my apartments don't have provisions for screens. During the summer opening the windows for ventilation is a necessity. I supply these screens to my tenants and they work great They come in various sizes so I can get them for any window opening. These are an inexpensive solution to what I consider to be a big problem.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by GRKAstronomer Very Poor Quality Product - Moderately useful
We use to use wooden framed screen inserts in the last century.mmthis century's product to do the same thing is a very poor replication of what use to be a hand item around houses and cottages. Here are the cons (I have very few praises for this product.)
(1) the product label is inserted in the wood frame edge along with the screen material. When you remove the label, it tears out the screen. Apparently the screen material is clamped into place instead of using a tack or adhesive.
(2) The frame is made of very thin metal stock about a 1/4 in depth. This does not provide a sufficient surface in order for the window edge to lock in place when close.
(3) There are gaps even when a window is closed to keep the screen in place. Mind of pointless if you are trying to keep bugs out. Might consider foam strip to resolve this as well as item 2.
(4) the overall product is highly susceptible to damage due to its flimsy construction.
So I look at this as a bad purchase and only as a bandaid imstead of as a permanent solution.,,I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Britt I want to shake the inventor of this product hand
This is possibly the best invention ever. I live in St. Louis and for some odd reason, the houses on my street doesn't have screen on the windows. What gives?? During the spring and fall months, I love opening the windows to get some fresh air and I refuse to turn on my A/C until it feels like the devils lair outside. Unfortunately w/o screen, this makes it impossible due to bugs that like to come inside. NOT ANYMORE! These things are so easy to pop in and out. Just open your window, place and adjust your screen and shut your window on-top of the screen. Easy as pie.
