CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 2.0 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor fit I had the exact same problem. It's too tall for my tank by a quarter inch or so. Its a standard size tank so I dont know what to do. I dont want to raise the cover because that's going to make it noisier. Not sure what to do now. November 10, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Too Tall I bought this b/c it said that it fits most standard toilets. Unfortunately it was too tall. It was easy to install and there are good step by step instructions on the package. March 9, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't buy it. Just had one these that the float broke off the arm (bad plastic?) and it flooded the bathroom, the bedroom and adjacent closets before someone found the toilet tank overflowing. The plastic used in the float arm is a bad material for the function - and undersized as well. September 21, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by I hope it holds up in some years. I just put one of this brand, Ball Cock/Flapper Kit IN THE toilet tank. Had no idea that is what it is called.LOL! It looks cheap since it is entirely made of plastic. It was a hard time getting the old one out. My boyfriend had to hand turn it loose from the inside of the tank to get it off and out! That help in getting the bolt loose from underneath the toilet tank. The thing I do not understand is why have the toilet put so close to the wall? You barely have room to get your hand there to un tighten the bolt to it and the water valve. Anyway, getting it in finally we found out the thing is bit taller than the old one! Yikes! Well the lid is sitting on it ever so carefully until we get something to prop it up a bit .Any suggestions what to use please let me know. Over all the water skeating out is over. It des not cost much for the kit. I hope it last. October 5, 2012
