Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by SeniorAdvisor I like the product but....
As an older person, I've been using WD-40 for many years. My only complaint, the cans stop spraying long before the product is used up. I've had to throw away cans of WD-40 when they were half to nearly half full, a very big waste of money. Having had this happen so many times now, it seems that there may be a defect in the way the product is distributed from it's container.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Maxx Dependable but runs out of propellant
Have used for years and always pleased until recently. Have had to throw last 3 cans away with liquid left in them, because propellant was used up. Great lubricant but only if it will come out of the can. What say you WD 40??

I have used WD40 since the 60's and never had an issue with the product until the swing arm/straw spray. Two cans stopped spraying before the can was half used.
It is hard to find the old sprayer in cans larger than 3 oz. Still love the product but the spray straw needs a fix.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by RednexToyz WD40 Good ~ Can Design Great
We all know the performance, features and benefits of WD-40. To me, the new can design is the real change here. No more lost straws! The can easily and quickly changes from a spray to a pinpoint application with a twist-up of the applicator straw. One can, many uses.

It’s a great product for general lubrication on metallic items. It surely produces fast results. I am yet to see the problem with the straw, works well for me. I use it on my lawn mower, garage door railing and all the doors in the house to keep rust and squeaks away. Every household should have it.

I use WD40 for a variety of tasks as either a penetrant or to clean and dry electrical contacts. The smart straw can UPC# 079567100324 ran out of air with 40% of the fluid left in the can. Recommend staying away from this aerosol can.
