Answer:
Not without an adapter to take the 2" hose size down to a garden hose. This is for a 2" fire hose. The pressure is also going to ruin most garden hoses...you would need and industrial strength garden hose to use it.

Answer:
You will have to get something to size down from a 2" outlet to the garden hose and the pressure is going to be very very high. I would not recommend it.

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ran 72 hours straight I rented this pump from Home Depot to use pumping out an old pond that we had on our property. I was initially concerned about the mud and silt on the bottom of the pond. It worked perfectly for a 72 hour run. I didn't let it sit without running for more than 6 hours. I was a little concerned about over heating but the Honda engine performed like a champ. Priming the pump is very simple and straight forward (I have attached a video showing how to do it on this review). I would highly recommend this pump for any clean out that you will have.
