How do I know if I ordered the correct measurements?

For this item, it says 1in x 2in x 3ft on the top and to the right of the screen it shows options to adjust the measurements. I need a length of 3ft, width of 1.5ft and 0.75in thickness. On the cart it shows 1in x 2in x 3ft, which is different from what I chose. I'm confused how the measurements work and I need help explaining how to measure.
Asked by: Essa
Based on the reviews, the website is wrong and it is next to impossible to ever get what you really think you are ordering. If it were me, I'd stay away from this product. Even though this problem was reported (via the reviews) two years ago, they still have not fixed the problem (based on the same exact problem reported in the review just two months ago).
