Customer Reviews

5/8 in. x 72 in. Hardwood Round Dowel is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for my project I bought 5 of these six-foot dowel rods to make a teepee for our grandkids. At first I thought I'd bought them too small in diameter--and that mistake would have been my fault--but I was able to drill holes in the ends of them with no cracking or splitting of the wood, and they are plenty sturdy to use with the heavy canvas, while not so heavy that I'm afraid of them conking the kids on the head if they accidentally knock the whole structure down.
