Answer:
To do it right, I would say 15 to 20 minutes. but if you just want to make it quick and be able to use again and you don't care if paint gets left on the out side, you could do it ok in about 5 to 10 minutes.

Answer:
The directions said to run water through the sprayer to clean it. We were using thick Sherwin Williams paint so we took the sprayer apart and cleaned it very carefully in soapy, hot water after each use. This process took us about a half hour each time we cleaned up, but we felt we got best results with a really clean sprayer every time we used it again.

Answer:
It took me about 15 minutes after using it for the whole day on stain. I cleaned the handle to because it has specks of stain all over it from the wind that day. It is pretty simple, and you can let the parts soak in a soap & water solution to loosen the paint/stain.

Answer:
Cleaning directions are included in the instruction manual. Once you are familiar with the unit, cleaning should only take 10 - 15 minutes. It will likely take longer the first couple of times you use it as you become familiar with it.

Answer:
Absolutely yes, you'll get a great finish (having done my cabinets with this sprayer). We decided to paint the boxes by hand however because it would've required so much masking in our kitchen to use the wagner. The cabinet doors (using the wagner) were sprayed though and look amazing. The finish is very smooth.

This would work, particularly if the area is or can be well-masked, or if the cabinets are in isolation so masking is not needed. Use the detail spray head.

Answer:
This will depend on the material you intend to spray, but for finishing with a thicker material like a latex paint, the Flexio 590, 690, and 890 will be able to handle that job.

Answer:
It might but I doubt it. The paint I was spraying was Benjamin Moore Exterior Latex, which is pretty thick, and the sprayer handled it without difficulty and with no thinning. But my idea of roof coatings is that they are sticky as well as thick, so I would hesitate to try it.

Answer:
Elastomeric coatings, due to their thickness, is something that we have found these units are not able to spray. With that type of material, you would really need a contractor sprayer to handle it.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No Brainer Purchase! I use this to refinish cabinets and it works absolutely perfect. I can't run it for hours at a time with zero issues. sprays perfect and my customers always love the outcome. August 31, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst product I have purchased in a long time! This was nothing but a waste of time and lots of money! Took time to lay plastic on all trim and molding, covered windows and door got my new Flexio 890 out, followed instructions and started to paint. Hmmm, nothing but spatter. No mist, no coverage, nothing worth writing home about. Checked instructions again and read trouble shooting again. Cleaned everything again. Now confident it would work. Nothing!!! After spending $189 on this product it has turned out to be one of the biggest busts I have ever purchased. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. Maybe I just bought a defective painter. Now it's back to the reliable paint and roller!!! Thanks Wagnor for a waist of time and money. Will never trust your products again. September 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Product Easy to use and to clean. Good for all types of paint and varnishes. August 31, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It is good for coverage not a fine/quality finish I'm not sure if you can really use this in the interior because it is tough to get nice and clean spray out of this thing. Anyways I bought this because my targeted walls were uneven and not smooth (brick type). there was no way I could use a roller (I would have used a roller if I could). I used Glidden Gripper and I added good amount of water to thin it down. this sprayer was a bit messy but did the job. So I guess it comes down to what to really expect from it. I was not looking for a fine finish and I just wanted a decent coverage and this device could deliver that. It might work better with Latex paint, I did not try. One more thing, cleaning is easy but it is time consuming therefore I recommend to use it for large project so that it's worth the cleaning time. July 26, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very Disappointed Purchased this unit to paint a utility trailer. Didn't require a professional job, but I wanted good coverage. What a mess. I followed the directions on the Rustoleum (15% maximum dilution) and tried various air/ paint combinations. I tried various thinning combinations upto no thinning at all (acetone). Paint droplets just spurted out, no consistency in atomization. It would stop spraying, them start with big mess of unatomized paint. I gave up. I use HVLP equipment at work and never experienced anything like this. I didn't bother to clean it, went right in the dumpster. Home Depot should be ashamed for selling this junk. I can't imagine a project that I would use it on. The hose is to short. The carrying case is a nice feature. The handle made it easier to throw into the back of the dumpster. July 23, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good for a low end sprayer a more expensive sprayer, with direct feed from a container would save time running up and down the ladder to refill. July 30, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by wagner paintet Love it made painting my kitchen cabinets look like they were done by a PROFESSIONAL. Makes DIY projects a breeze. Love this purchase August 2, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not for molding I purchased this product because it claimed to shoot non-thinned latex. It will, however the orange peal texture it left on my molding was totally unexceptable. I added flotrol and more flotrol until I had added more than a have a bottle to 2 quarts of new Sherwin Williams paint. I made numerous adjustments, but in the end I had to brush out the spray to get the finish I desired. If I had been shooting walls perhaps it would have been acceptable, but I bet I would have ended up rolling it. The sprayer seemed to to have good pressure, and easy cleanup. Perhaps if it were used for stain it would worked out. Unfortunately I will be returning this and purchasing an airless sprayer. May 31, 2016
