There's also residual amounts of scratch feed on the ground in the surrounding area from the 8 small piles that that I put out each morning for 6 ducks that live around the small pond bordering our front yard, but I'm reasonably sure that the doves are frequently picking from the seed mix that is dropped from the feeders as various smaller birds visit the six stations on each of them. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by HAPPY BIRDS I tried the smaller bag 1st because I didn't know if the birds would like it. I now have so many different birds enjoying the food. It's fun to watch until those pesty squirrels try to join in. I do feel sorry for the little birds once the blue jays arrive. They definitely take control. I find the sunflower seeds are preferred so if there were more of them me & the birds would be happy. Until then I will just buy them separately & mix them in. I will be buying the larger bag from now on. September 4, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by For the Birds II Far too expensive, even if the birds seem to like it. September 6, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bird Feed The birds enjoy the feed, the price was ok but would be better cheaper! August 23, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by its for the birds! It was just what I was looking for and it was reasonable. Easy to locate, easy to purchase and my birds seem to like it just fine. Thought it a bit pricey for what it is, but I'm the idiot who feeds and likes birds so it was worth it to me. August 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Many of the wild birds around my yard like this food mix I mix this approximately 50/50 (by volume) with Four Season Black Oil Sunflower Seed before topping off my two six-station tube feeders every one to two days as needed. After trying a lower grade mix with little success a few years ago, it's clear based on the various species of birds that I observe daily at both feeders that this is a good combination for this area ( just inland of Charleston, SC). Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BEST VALUE WITH LESS SUNFLOWER SEEDS, THE GROUND LOOKS LESS MESSY. THE BIRDS STILL LOVE IT. August 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Goes quickly! The birds eat this birdseed so fast I have to buy it monthly! August 10, 2016
