This is a fixed blade tool. It is very sharp and being used to cut drywall which offers little resistance. It should last a long time.

This worked ok---I had to use it almost flat against the wall because of the type of insulation behind the drywall, which resulted in the teeth getting clogged with the paper facing on the drywall. I had to keep clearing the paper out so that the thing would cut. I don't think that the point of the saw "punches through drywall easily"---it took some effort. But ultimately it did cut through the drywall. The handle is comfortable. The price was right. It's not a tool I expect need hardly at all in the future, I mostly just had to do this one project with it.

First time to do a project such as "cover hole in a wall in a mobile home". I was tired of looking at these two hole in the wall. I couldn't imagine purchasing a saw that cuts drywall. This was somewhat cheap, but very practical for a small job. I have owned it les than two weeks but I completed my task in one afternoon. very handy too. and met any unknown expectation. thanks.

I've owned this product for just over a week and the tip broke after the second use. It is not strong enough to penetrate drywall making it difficult to start cutting sections of drywall out. The serrated blade is very sharp which is good but it makes it difficult to get a clean cut.

I had to replace the drywall ceiling in my garage and this saw was indispensable in completing the project. It worked great cutting openings in the drywall for the attic ladder, electrical panel and electrical outlets.

Quite impressed with this saws ability to cut through 1" of plaster/drywall. Punching through was tough as the blade flexed however when maxium effort was applied this cut through like a hot knife and butter.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just meh Its not a bad product. Just doesn't saw thru drywall as easily as I thought it might. Works OK when cutting utility pockets. Would still have a multi-tool handy though.
