i bought this oven for my small business to bake macarons! it did't work for these cookies. I burned the edges with higher temperature, but when you put lower temperature, the macarons were not cooked in side, if you keep them for too long they had brown edges. this oven is not definitely good for making macarons, may be i should try another model.
i returned it on 35th day, Home Deport charged me 15% restocking fee.

My mom has only had it for a month but is very happy with it. Her first priority was that it broils and then the size. This oven goes up to 500 degrees and can hold a half sheet pan size. I read reviews for this machine and a dozen others. Most of the others were more commercial oriented.
Most other websites had this oven listed well over $600. Home Depot had the best price, and the best return policy than any other website. Don't think anything will go wrong with it, but at least now we have 90 days instead of the standard 30 days to try it out.

The convection part is a little noisier than expected, but the oven is quality plus--EVERY PART is stainless steel--and is so easy to use. Large enough that I don't burn my fingers getting dishes in and out.

I have owned and used a countertop convection oven daily for the last 20+ years. I previously used a Farberware model that was approximately the same size as this Waring oven but was less expensive but no longer available for purchase.
I thought this oven would cook much better than the Farberware but I find the heat in the oven is not even. Items toward the front and to the right of the oven cook more quickly than those to the left and to the rear.
Since I generally cook meat in this oven there is usually a certain amount of splatter on the glass door and on the inside sides of the oven. So far I am able to keep the glass door clean with the recommended glass cleaner but I am concerned that it will eventually get caked on grease that I will not be able to remove. The Farberware model had a removeable glass door that conveniently fit in my dishwasher. This Waring model does not have a removeable glass door. Also, I am concerned that the door gasket will eventually need replacement and I can find no where on the internet to purchase parts for this unit. I am 150-200 miles from the nearest listed Waring repair center.
