Really Please with the 2 towel warmers at home. Make sure to have an electrician get the outlets ready. Once electrical boxes are in place the rest was very easy to installed. Love the design and look of the units.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Raven BATHROOM LUXURY IN THE FORM WARM TOWELS
The ultimate in personal luxury, a warm towel right out of the shower. This unit gently warms your bath towel to a perfect temperture. Lovely brushed stainless steel finish is quite durable and looks great with the rest of the brushed stainless in the bathroom. Plenty of room for everyone's towel. This will require professional installation for most. Must cut into the wall and hook directly into electrical line, there is no simple plug in. Unit should be mounted to studs due to weight. Appears to be durable and well built.

Be sure to get this well in advance of your bath reno, as the electricians need to know how to hard wire this. Needs a dedicated circuit, needs an electrical box for the control, needs wiring placed EXACTLY where the bar will be, needs backing for the mounting brackets. Don't treat this lightly. Nice when it's in, but definitely not a DIY product.

Product arrived in OK condition. But upon opening the box it was clear that this product was used and returned to Home Depot. Parts are worn or damaged. The box looks like it was re taped. I plan on sending it back.

This is my second unit and although I was happy with my first unit . I found it to be defective. Someone I know had the same model and after comparing them I notice the difference . That is why when reading some reviews I found there was a deference of opinion . Number 1 someone had said that there units electrical elbow (where the wires come out ) was welded on a 90 degree angle and he couldn't use it . I believe that's how they come from the manufacture , under the elbow there's a set screw that you need to loosen in order to move it. The units with loose ones , I think are units that were returned. And sent back out. Number 2 some reviewer said that Units got hot and they didn't run there's all day long. Others said it worked fine but they kept there's 24 hours a day. My first unit was like that. It didn't really warm the towels in the 1 hour time frame 30 mins before and 30 mins after. I too was going to run it all day. But after seeing this other unit work. I found that mine was defective . So I returned it and ordered another one . This one came with the elbow locked In a 90 % angle . After installing this one I found that it got very hot to the touch and indeed you could get the towel warm in the 30 mins. Stated . I love this unit , it's nice to get a warm towel after having a shower. If yours doesn't work this way I would have it looked at. But forget about calling customer service . They had someone reading from a manual who didn't know what he was talking about. So I ask to speak with a different tech. Who finally gave me answers . I'm given it 5 stars because if you get a good one your going to be happy with it.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Chris good value, heats up fast
Sturdy construction. No cheap plastic at all. All rods are getting hot very fast. Hot to the touch. takes maybe 10min to reach max temperature. Timer works good and is easy to use plus offers manual overdrive.
Only one little design flaw: the anchor points for the screws are in line with connector for the power. This means if you screw the heater to a stud you have to cut out a piece of the stud in order to get the cable into the the wall where eventually the connector box will be.
other than that i am very pleased and would recommend this product.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DOGI Warm towels rule and this is a great warmer
Quality product, fast delivery as promised. I ordered the built-in unit which requires you to be fairly handy to install yourself, otherwise consider having it professionally installed. I chose to go the DIY route and here are some observations:
1) This unit requires at least 2 of the 4 anchors (2 screws on the left vertical pole) be anchored to a stud. The width of the vertical poles is 22 1/2" so normal 16" on center studs would require you to use drywall anchors on the right pole (where the electrical connector is as well. In my case where I wanted to install the unit the studs were 23" on center so I had an issue on how to get an electric box where the stud was. Turns out notching the stud 5/8" was the answer and it allowed all 4 wall anchors to be into a stud which is more sturdy. Like I said - you may need to be pretty handy and have the right tools.
2) The wall switch this unit comes with may not suit your needs. While it allows you to program it to automatically turn on and off at set times, the display is really small and very hard to read, especially in a bathroom. Also I use the shower at all different times of the day. I find it more useful to have a switch with a few different button based time settings on it (15 mins, 30 mins, 1 hour etc, then set it and forget only when I really use it. Although this unit uses about the same electricity as a 150W light bulb, no need to have it turn on when not really needed. I used a different switch instead and am much happier with it. (about $30 extra)
3) The bars themselves get pretty hot, so be careful when you put your towel back on the hot unit. Something to be careful of if you have children in the area.
4) Fold your towels and give them a good 15 minutes or so of warming before use for best effect.
This was a gift for the wife, but have to admit I enjoy it as well.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nobleguy Warmly Yours Infinity Hard-Wired Towel Warmer
I was very happy with the purchase of this product. The overall look perferctly matches the decor of the kids bathroom we recently renovated. From an installation perspective it was relatively straightforward once I was able to fit the two electrical boxes it required (for the towel warmer and timer). Operationally, the Infinity works as expected and the kids love the nice warm towels. If left on for longer than 15-20 minutes it almost becomes too hot to touch so this is where the On/Off timer comes in handy. So far this looks like it was a good buy.
