The towel warmer was easy to use once installed. It has an automatic 15 minute shut-off feature built into the warmer itself, and the programmable switch gives you more options. This rough-in model does get fairly warm/hot. We had someone install this towel warmer for us so I cannot say much about the installation except that we asked the installer to put some studs behind the attachment points to make sure the rack is secure to the wall instead of just attaching to sheetrock.

I love this thing! It helps keep my bathroom nice and dry. A warm towel after a shower is sooooooo nice plus I don't have to worry about damp towels in the morning from the previous night. All good by the time I'm out of the shower!
