Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great for Me! I have used this model of Warmrails towel warmer for over seven years and it has worked great! It does what a towel warmer is supposed to do, the towels are warm and dry.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Electrical Problem I bought this in October 2015 and it shorted out on me in January 2016. I returned it to Home Depot. The little tabs on the sides fall off too. It did warm the towel but it has an electrical problem. May have been poorly made item for me. But I would not buy it again.
