Use the Water Worker 119-Gallon Pressurized Well Tank as a direct-fit replacement for the majority of installed well tank bases. This pre-charged tank is constructed from durable deep-drawn steel and is designed to maintain its air charge for years to offer you easy upkeep. The tank's polypropylene-lined steel shell supports the water weight to ensure water never sits in loose-fitting vinyl or rubber bags that can fold, crease and wear.

  • Designed as a direct-fit replacement for the majority of installed well tank bases
  • Constructed of deep-drawn steel for durability
  • Polypropylene-lined steel supports water weight to ensure water never sits in loose-fitting vinyl or rubber bags that can fold, crease and wear
  • NSF certified
  • Polypropylene liner separates water from the steel shell to prevent taste or odor from being absorbed into the water. Polypropylene liner does not require scheduled replacements for long-lasting use. Formed liner fits the steel shell for added durability
  • Sizing - Count the number of water fixtures in and outside the home and multiply that # by 3. Fixtures include faucets, spickets, shower heads, dish washer, washing machine, etc. For hot tubs and sprinkler systems add 1 to 2 fixtures for each. There are no disadvantages to having a larger well tank as fewer pump cycles will extend pump life and save money on electricity. Tank stores a buffer of water in case of power outage
  • Made in the USA
  • Stainless-steel waterway lining has no plastic to cross-thread, strip or crack
  • Thick diaphragm keeps water separate from pre-charged air and helps to reduce air loss
  • Molded diaphragm offers an ideal fit, sits on top of the water and will not fold, crease or drag against the steel shell
  • 119 gallons of total volume; plain or galvanized tank equivalent of 315 gallons
  • Pre-charged to 38 psig; 100 psig maximum working pressure
  • Maintains air charge for years to provide easy upkeep
  • 2-part water-based paint system sprayed over a durable 2-part epoxy primer provides corrosion resistance and safe paint covering
  • 1-1/4 in. NPTF system connection uses malleable iron for dependability

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Reduced pressure fluctuations I replaced an aging 58 gallon tank with this 119 gallon tank and immediately noticed reduced pressure fluctuation, fewer pump cycles and as a result, vastly improved and consistent water pressure. No more droopy showers; just steady pressure regardless of the number of faucets being used. Installation took less than a half an hour. And because the pump cycles less, the life of the pump will be extended. Just an added bonus. February 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by So far, tank works fine It's only been about 2 months since I installed the new tank. Much less on/off of pump as with the old 119 gallon galvanized tank. Will it last 40 years like the galvanized tank? I have some doubts about that. This review should be done in 5 or 10 years. August 24, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good quality and capacity. Easy to install. Replaced old leaking well tank with a new 119 Water Worker pressure tank. The tank is working very good and contains enough reserve water so that the well pump only comes on occasionally. That will extend it's life. Making the single "T" pipe connection to the tank was easy. I did take time to replace the old back flow preventer, pressure switch, pressure gauge, emergency relief valve and pipe parts and unions while I had the water shut down. That should reduce problems and extend the life of the system considerably. The tank stands on two cinderblocks to raise the plumbing up from the floor and to make future maintenance access easier. I was able to get all of the parts at Home Depot and the people in the plumbing department were very helpful with finding the correct pieces. The tank did arrive covered in rather severe scratches that went down to the metal but there were no dents or leaks. I will use primer and touch up paint to seal the bare metal of the tank. The original well tank was outside exposed to the elements and freezing during the winter. My next project is to build a well house to close in the system before the cold weather sets in. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works great, workmanship is lacking. I bought 4 of these for my well and they function without any issues. The only part I didn't like is the workmanship. Each tank has an inlet at the bottom and when you line the tanks side by side, facing straight forward, the inlet/outlets don't all point forward and are not all centered. The graphics on the tanks are affixed at all kinds of angles. As if though a 5 year old was sticking them on. Obvious lack of care. Just build it, sell it, and move on. On the plus side, they work great and are priced reasonably. January 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great so far I've only had this for a few months but overall I am pleased with the product. It was easy to install and works great so far. I can't speak for the longevity yet but based on the short period I've had it, I would recommend this product. The shipping was slow but other than that I have no complaints. March 12, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Product good, delivery slow! The web site was good and the tank was as described. Delivery was slow, order was in warehouse 30 miles away for three days. I would buy again, but it would depend on how fast I needed the item. February 25, 2015
