Answer:
Yes it does. It's the flex arm that makes it different from other showerheads. However, Waterpik also makes a head without the flex arm.

Answer:
Yes, it is permanently attached to it's flex arm and not removable. It doesn't need to be removed from the flexible arm as it can be adjusted to spray in any direction very easily. I swing mine all around after I shower to clean off soap from the shower walls, even below the shower head.

Answer:
IT IS ONE UNIT AS PICTURED. however your curved 1/2" mounting pipe may need to be replaced with a straight one. Be sure to wrap replacement pipe with teflon tape. I`m 6Ft, my wife is 5Ft., we love the adjustable height as well as choice of spray feature. Have had no problems with them and would highly recommend.

Doesn't need to be removed. On my previous one I owned, I took a pliers and twisted it out. It works great whether you do or don't.

normally, showerheads come with restrictor. . My heads are older ones that have neoprene washer type restrictors. My flow is good so, I left the restrictors in.

Answer:
The flow regulator is located in the large nut for the flex arm shower system. The removal of the disk may void the manufacture warranty. It is important to retain the white filter screen in the factory installed position.

Linea 6-Spray 3.5 in. Showerhead in Chrome is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 72.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Waterpik-NML-603 The functionality of this showerhead is pretty cool especially if you place it in a family restroom where peoples' heights are varied. You can easily manipulate where you want the showerhead to be, but for someone short it may not be the easiest thing to do if the showerhead is out of reach. **Likes: - The showerhead stays in place and holds well. Doesn't move around as much as other showerheads just by the pressure of the water - As with all Waterpik showerheads, there's the 6-spray option. - Easy to install **Dislikes: - Isn't the most aesthetically looking showerhead because of the long hose. Had my original goose neck shower head replaced and in less than 6 weeks, the spray adjustments cease to work. The replacement which I received received just 10 days ago has also broken similar to the first one ........ the spray adjustments do not work, just spins in a circle; however, unlike the first one, it's usable. It's locked on one spray adjustment ........... I'm extremely disappointed. My original goose neck shower head lasted over 30 years. Water-pic should go back to the drawing board on this one. Something isn't right inside the shower head.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the full body power spray I have been using the waterpiK flexneck for 2 weeks. There are 6 spray setting to choose from. It was extremely easy to install. The arm is flexible, so you can adjust to your liking ie..higher if you're taller, lower of you're shorter or for children . I really love the force of the water coming out of the sprayer! My favorite setting is full body. I really enjoy the powerspray, however, I wish it came in a handheld sprayer mode. Overall I would definitely recommend! Rated 4 out of 5 by from Flexible and Adjustable Recieved the flexible Waterpic shower head. Was confused about how to install as the brochure said turn only the nut while holding the head. Nut wouldn't turn. Called customer service and was told I should turn the entire thing at once. Installed perfectly. Nice water flow and I particularly like that I can still flex it towards the walls to rinse off cleaning solutions without having to have the awkward hand held shower head. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick Rinse ! A good shower head. Installation couldn't be quicker or easier. Good adjustability. Especially love the powerspray setting. I have long thick hair and this rinses the shampoo out FAST. Also the water saver setting is a huge plus, I use it every shower, as I think everyone should be conserve with our water. My only complaint is that not all the nozzles are anti-clog. Only the ones on the outside edges are. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This wonderful contraption solves the problem, and we each get a great shower experience with excellent pressure. While others say it doesn't last very long, we being older adults will not be abusing it or treating it roughly... and only using it 4 months a year at a winter home. Just be certain the water restricter is well centered. For $35, I'm willing to replace it periodically. Good enough!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible! In my first home, I replaced two shower heads, then i built a second house, put it in the three showers. Moved to a condo, replaced the builders two shower heads. Going to visit my son and just ordered one to replace his shower head (got his permission first). Doesn't get my hair wet, and I love that it's not spraying all over the place. And it's very, very easy to install. Can you tell I love this adjustable head!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for kids and adults! This product was easy to install! Just unscrewed the old shower head and screwed this one on in it's place. It has a nice selection of water streams, and the flexible arm makes it perfect for adults as well as children. In the bath I put it in, the arm coming out of the wall is rather high - I like that I can easily adjust the head lower! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
