Answer:
I've had one for over ten years. When the adjustable tubing became too weak to hold the head up, I got a super size rubber band from the Post Office to support showerhead weight, and connected it horizontally between the two knurled hose ends using a figure-eight twist. Replaced bands about once a year. Can add a photo if needed.

I had issues with this in my downstairs bath, but I just messed with it until I got it to stay. In some cases, you may have to have a sharper kink in it than in others - that is what worked for me. If you still can't get it to stay, then you might try returning it for another - it may be a defect in the one you bought.

While this does not have a "on/off" switch, there is a button to push to switch between full coverage and a massage stream. If you keep the button in the middle, the water will shut off.

Yes. This has a 2.5 gallon per minute regulator installed inside of it. The switch on it changes the flow from a hard jet to a full, soft rain shower. There is not an "off" button or feature. Thanks!

Answer:
Hello Kmac,
This particular model does not feature a "on/off flow switch". There are however a number of small inline flow controls availible. One of the simplest to install and use is shown below. You simply tap the stud to the side and the water flow is reduced to a trickle.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Shower head I am always happy when I go to HomeDepot. I love that place. The workers are friendly and always helpful. You need more people in the doors and windows department though. February 10, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Flex arm design/flexibility I just bought this and haven't had the chance to use the shower head itself because the advertised 'flex arm' was not as durable as the first product image shows. It only bends in the center and it's not that much. I have an installed pipe in my rental apartment that points downwards and is really low. I would not suggest this shower head set for anyone in the same situation. I talked to chat support though and they were super helpful in finding one that would work. The picture I attached is the furthest I could get it to bend and even that was hard to do. Other than that, the ends were easy to install. The plastic "flex" part is really weak though. February 14, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It does the job, but I expected more.. I was drawn to this shower head because of the flex hose stand off and wide shower head. I went to install the hose and broke it the first time, so be careful of the plastic connections. After making the connection correctly there have been no leaks. The shower head does the job in our stand up shower, but seems to spray straight down. I have had free fall shower heads before and they seem to fan the water out a bit better. The diameter of the shower head is about what you get with this one. If you are OK with that then you are good to go. I just expected more. The other setting is a solid stream, but I hardly ever use it. February 17, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Didn't Work For Me This review is two fold. What works for me and what might work for others. The shower spray is good but for this head you need a shower neck that sticks straight out from the wall. Ours curves down. The adjustable neck on the shower head is so stiff all it would do is spray the wall because we couldn't adjust it very easy without feeling like we were going to break it. We will try to return this as we still have receipt but not the packaging anymore. We used it about a week but just didn't like it at all. March 1, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love it! I love the way the water comes out of this shower head! September 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This product has great features I am 6ft and I find that too many shower heads are face high. I found with the adjustable neck I can get the shower head above mine. I also like the gentle rain effect of the whole head. It works great for me. December 4, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT VERY easy to install. Doesn't even need plumbers tape. Two settings are enough - one more of a heavy rain, the other, a more direct stream. Absolutely perfect shower head and great streaming water pressure, too. Great buy! March 8, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HUSBAND LOVES HIS SHOWER we wanted to expand the feeling in our "small-feeling" glass bath/shower stall ... we removed the glass ... put up a curved shower curtain ... then installed this fabulous July 23, 2013
