CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 1.0 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy - Heard Throughout House This unit oscillates internally, producing about a 400 Hz tone which is carried by the water piping and heard throughout the house. I wrote to Watts and they wrote me back saying that this whole N45B series of regulators has too small an orifice for normal home usage. It is meant for much smaller flow rates. Watts wrote, "The orifice opening is too small, we recommend the standard LF25AUB, or LF U5B higher capacity valves. They offer a larger flow opening with no noise." This valve is not suitable at all for home usage. Home Depot should not even offer it for sale. December 14, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Squeals Extremely noisy vibrtions from this regulator. I have changed it twice and both do the same thing. Would not recommend it. January 24, 2016
