Rated 2.1 out of 5 by 16 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Doesn't work I have used this product for ~6 months. After relocating and hooking up the dishwasher, the hose started leaking at the dishwasher connection point. The auto-detect feature did not shut off and let water run all over the floor. With the previously mentioned frustrations of installation (slowly turning on the water and hoping the inrush doesn't trip the auto-detect feature) and then the 'feature' not detecting an actual leak, this thing is terrible. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Flooded Kitchen! Installed in November 2013 with no notable issues. Fast forward to November 2015 and we returned home to a flooded kitchen. The fitting that is suppose to prevent a flood had broken in two, at the nut that connects it to the water supply. Turns out the weak link in the system, leading to a flood, is the part that is intended to prevent a flood. December 1, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by doesn't work doesn't allow any water to flow to my machine. garbage product, don't waste your time June 27, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Best if installed properly I too like the other reviews had an issue with installation. Once installed no water would flow......then I read the instructions. They tell you to install hand tight then add 1/4 of a turn. Did that turned the water back on and everything worked great. Now I'm just hoping it doesn't burst like the other reviews have said. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Garbage product Like others have said.....installed a new dishwasher and figured I'd start with a fresh new flex line. Bought this one because the wife thought it would be a good idea to have the safety "just in case". Well.....my brand new dishwasher doesn't get any water, so this was a complete waste of my money. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stainless-Steel Dishwasher Connector The product was made well and came with good connectors March 3, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Costly mistake I made an awful mistake in buying this product, was fine for about 9 months and the swivel started leaking and flooded my kitchen. The only reason it gets 1 star is because I can't put negative stars. So frustrated, I feel like Watts owes me money and after reading all of the reviews, I can't believe Home Depot continues to carry this product. October 9, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't buy FloodSafe! Exact same issue as DeadlyDave. Tried forever to figure out why the dishwasher wasn't getting any water and finally discovered it was the anti-flood valve on the hose. Unless you want seriously low water flow (which would be the only way to not trip the sensor), stay away from this product. May 9, 2013
