Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by NotAPlumber Nice Faucet - No Instructions
The faucet seems to work good, once installed. It came in a plain brown box, with NO instructions or diagrams included. Since it is made by Watts, and was bought to replace a faucet on a Watts RO system, I assumed that the mounting arrangement would be similar - but it wasn't. I suppose the different parts were needed to mount the faucet on other brands/types of systems, but a simple one page instruction sheet could have cleared up the confusion. As it was, I had to make a trip to my local Home Depot to purchase a Watts adapter (3/8" to 1/4" I think) to make it work. Also, there was one gasket left over after the installation was completed. Can't give this item 5 stars with such a lack of instructions.

When we had this faucet installed, we noticed that the faucet is not centered on the base and it leans to the right. Now that it's installed, we are not going to pay a plumber to remove it and reinstall a new one. This defect was not obvious before it was installed. It's just an unfortunate situation.

This should be a simple install. But without any instructions or diagrams, I wasted several hours on the internet learning about RO dispenser faucets and having to return to buy adapter parts. This is just poor service.

I have a Watts RO system for the kitchen sink, with an air gap faucet for very clean drinking water. After 14 years the faucet had too much corrosion to clean, so Home Depot had a good selection of faucets for replacement. I chose a brushed nickel air gap type to nearly match what I had before. I had to order it through the online service, so I figured no problems. Well, when I ordered the item, the online site changed my home store to one several miles from the closest store to my home, and I did not catch the change - my bad. So when the email came saying the faucet was in I went to my store and they said sorry, I have to travel the extra miles through heavy traffic to the other store. But I did pick it up. The installation required small tubing pressure connectors not included with the faucet from Watts, so another trip back to my Home Depot store. Not sure why the Home Depot site changed my home store but I have had that happen before with other sites, I guess due to my address being near to several areas in Tampa. Also not sure why Watts does not include the connectors with the faucet - they are needed even for new installation. I also contacted Watts via phone to get better installation instructions, the one that came with it was confusing. Other than that, the faucet works and looks fine, but you do need some experience with basic plumbing to install the tubing. Hopefully this will last another 14 years.

Nice looking and smooth operating. Gives you control over the amount of flow. Easy to install. Replaced the cheaper faucet that came with my Watts RO system.
The old one had the lift up lever which gives you no control over the amount of flow. To it's credit it did last almost 2 years before failing - the lift up lever would no longer stay up.
Very happy with this faucet and you can't beat the price.

This is a nice solid faucet. Great feel to it.
I guess you can set the faucet knob to be on the back or front. I set mine to the back in case the air gap was to drip water. With the knob in back the air gap would drip water into the sink and not on the counter top.

Good finish and it stands about 14 inches high from the countertop. The top of the faucet is removable to end up just being 3 inches above the countertop. This was a factor because I have window shutters above the sink that could not be opened if the top of the faucet was not removable. Works great.
