Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 111 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Product for easy solution Very easy to install, setup and operate. Took a little extra room under our half-bathroom pedestal sink, but really appreciate the results. We typically use warm water in our small bathroom (end of the water piping for our house). So slightly warmer water in the cold supply line due to the circulation back to the hot water heater does not really present a problem for us. We have a well, hold tank and water softener - and have a separate cold water supply line upstream of all this equipment to our kitchen sink (non-softened water). So installation of this sensor valve system system (all softened water) does not affect cold water temperature to our kitchen sink. January 1, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good but Pricy Love the concept of this valve and pump and what it accomplishes. It's only been installed for a month along with the recirculating pump. I will say we enjoy hot water within 75 seconds. Warm at 20 seconds. The valve is very pricey in my opinion as is the pump but they do the job. I needed two valves because of the different water zones ie kitchen and master bath. I put a remote control on / off unit on the pump instead of using the pump timer. Better control of when we want hot water. January 20, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Instructions clear, installation not easy Kit instructions assume that user has company's electric motor pump already installed on water heater. Very low level, perceptible -- but acceptable -- sound of rushing water movement through valve while pump is in operation. Water is pleasingly warm after six seconds (water heater is 75 linear feet distant from valve.) Toilet-tank water is also delivered warm while pump running. Installing valve and flexible tubing under confined sink cabinet is not the best assignment for an older person. February 17, 2015
