This is a small output pump that works perfectly for flushing your tankless hot water heater with vinegar to descale. You don't want to big a pump to descale and this one is just the right size. The pump is not big enough to pump out your flooded basement - get a more powerful pump for that kind of task.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Strong Enough Purchased this pump to use in my garden water barrel as part of sprinkler system. However I had to return because it wasn't strong enough to pump the water out of the barrel. I think this pump would be better for ponds where minimal water movement is needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great small utility pump Replaced the stock pump that came with my hydroponic unit and needed an oil-less pump thats small in size. This pump is an excellent replacement and it really does suck down to 1/8 inch. My plants are very happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Grey water pump Using the pump daily to move grey water from bathtub to lawn. It is fast and easy to use. It's against code to hard pipe grey water where I live so hose attachment was a must.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this little pump I started using the pump the day I received it. I use to to pump water from our rain barrel through a garden hose to water our blueberries and veggies. Nice pressure and the pump is pretty quiet. I love that it is submersible.
