CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 6 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by poorly graded, and milled Never wrote something bad before, but have to on this. I have been a builder for over 20 years. I recently moved here and the use of Pine for structural framing is new to me. That said, the lumber I got from HD was soo poorly graded and milled. The 2x4x8 weather shield ran 1 7/16 x 3 7/16, and those numbers grew as the length increased. The 2x4x12 ran 1 11/16 x 3 12/16. Did not find this out till after I framed a bunch of walls and the height difference as over 1/4 inch some places. Also the 2x6 I used for joists had 1/4 inch difference in width from end to end which makes getting a flat floor impossible, plus the #2 and better had spike knots and wane which would normally make these a #3. Look at the wood for more than just bows and twists, take a tape and check for yourself April 12, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Considering they were so long, they were very nice and straight. These were relatively straight with limited knots. I was very happy considering this was an online order, and I didn't personally select the items. May 13, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Ok boards I noticed the boards weren't really wet like some treated boards but they had lot of bowed ones that I had to pick through. November 17, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good wood Length provided one cut solution to bracing of overhang. April 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Works Great Has durability and looks good. Hope it lasts some time. February 14, 2012
