Answer:
Thank you for your question. Yes, it is possible to switch the thermometer to a Celsius reading. To do so select the Fahrenheit or Celsius indicator °C / °F, located beside the monitors battery compartment, to °C or °F. Rated 2.3 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Unit failed the second time I used it. Temperature would swing from 177 to 195 degree F with the alram constantly goining off. I replaced the batteries and moved the receiver around to see if was interference or something. Nothing worked.I had to rush to the grocery store and get a dial thermometer. Once that was in, my actual internal temperature read a steady 167. August 31, 2011
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Came Broken This didn't work out of the package and in fact had looked like it was previously used and returned. We returned it. May 29, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Highly recommend This thermometer takes the guess work out of what the temps should be for what you are cooking. Select the meat type, and the thermometer is set automatically. June 25, 2011
